TAM Hub
A dedicated mobile-friendly event page accessed through a QR code. Includes accessibility information, event details, service instructions and helpful resources for your guests.
Assistive Listening
Access to assistive listening technology, where appropriate for the event. Guests can use their own compatible device to hear the event audio clearly.
QR Code Access
TAM provides the QR code for use on signage, registration, programs, screens, table cards and pre-event communications.
Live Captioning
Up to 2 hours of live captioning for your main program. Ideal for welcome remarks, keynote speakers, awards, fundraising stories and presentations. Can be displayed on existing screens where supported.
Consulting & Planning
A pre-event consultation to understand your needs and coordinate with your AV and production teams.
Technical Coordination
We complement your AV provider — not replace them. We work with your existing production infrastructure for a seamless experience.
